Theresa May's Brexit speech ‘provides little certainty for hard-pressed public services,' finance expert Rob Whiteman has claimed.
Speaking after the prime minister laid out her 12-point plan for Brexit, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy chief executive said the speech had offered some clarity but went on: ‘It provides little certainty for hard-pressed public services, the health of which is dependent on a strong economy and access to the right labour and expertise.
