GatenbySanderson, the leading executive recruiter,has announced two new partners,Craig Clarke and Melanie Shearer, who are to join the organisation as part of its long-term growth plan.

Mr Clarke becomes partner for the firm's interim division, supplying high-calibre interims across the public, not-for-profit and education sectors. He also takes a national lead on the supply of senior figures within the children's and adult services sector.
