Gateshead Council Learning & Skills provides community learning, apprenticeship and JobCentre Plus training, as well as family learning support and Skills 4 Life, helping more than 11,000 people a year to secure new job skills and achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

Across its operations, centralising control of staff actions and reporting processes is important - and monitoring these effectively is part of quality assurance requirements.
