A consortium including local government contractor Serco has won a number of regional contracts to deliver the National Citizen Service (NCS) in 2013 and 2014.
The NCS Network which includes Serco and the youth charity Catch 22, won six of 19 contracts – worth a total of £200m – to deliver the programme, which offers young people team-building activities away from home.
