Aberdeen City Council is to join forces with the developer, Places for People, as part of a £300m deal to build up to 3,000 new homes.

Aberdeen City Council is to join forces with the developer, Places for People, as part of a £300m deal to build up to 3,000 new homes.

Under the agreement, a limited liability company, the first of its kind in Scotland, will be created to build, own and manage the homes.
