The Government has opened an £80m fund for applications to support an initiative aimed at tackling entrenched social problems.

Opening the new fund at Oxford University, minister for civil society, Rob Wilson, also launched the Government Outcomes Lab (GO Lab), which will provide support and research into public services commissioning.
