Norfolk CC head of HR and organisational development Anne Gibson is set to become interim managing director from next week.

The council recently announced proposed interim management arrangements to cover the period between its chief executive's departure in April and the appointment of a new managing director. In January the council confirmed that the post of chief executive would be replaced by a new role of managing director with revised responsibilities, meaning the current chief executive, David White, becomes redundant on 6 April.
