Gillian Hibberd, Buckinghamshire CC's strategic director for resources and business transformation has been named the UK's seventh most influential person in HR, in a poll conducted by HR magazine.

Nominated by her colleagues across the public and private sectors, Ms Hibberd joins the ranks of personnel gurus from sectors including the Department of Health, Marks & Spencer, McDonald's, BT, and Tesco, as well as colleagues from Norfolk CC.
