Glasgow City Council leader Gordon Matheson has hit back at claims from a Scottish Government minister that his council does not support double devolution.

Speaking at the Core Cities Summit in Glasgow, Scottish infrastructure and cities secretary, Keith Brown, told The MJ: ‘Glasgow is not supporting the [Scottish] Community Empowerment Bill.'
