Last year’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow generated more than £600m in contracts for British firms, according to a new report by the city council.

Last year's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow generated more than £600m in contracts for British firms, according to a new report by the city council.

The report claimed local firms won more than £423m in contracts, which were directly related to the Games.
