Going for bust

The mysteries of the space-time continuum and the unworldly realm of local government collided this week with the news that Buckinghamshire CC chairman, Cllr Carl Etholen, and Doctor Who actor Colin Baker, are going back in time to the bronze age.

The mysteries of the space-time continuum and the unworldly realm of local government collided this week with the news that Buckinghamshire CC chairman, Cllr Carl Etholen, and Doctor Who actor Colin Baker, are going back in time to the bronze age.

Before you get your hopes up, it turns out the two men are having bronze resin busts made of themselves by awardwinning sculptor Andrew Sinclair. It is hoped the finished busts will go on display in the historic Judges' Lodgings, where the county council holds its official receptions.
