The Government has responded after a tribunal ruling granted sleep-in support workers up to six years of back pay.

The Government has responded after a tribunal ruling granted sleep-in support workers up to six years of back pay.

It announced measures today to temporarily suspend minimum wage enforcement activity for social care sleep-in shift pay and waive historic financial penalties against employers in this area.
