The Government will borrow more to build hundreds of thousands of new homes, the communities secretary Sajid Javid has said.

Speaking on the BBC's The Andrew Marr Show yesterday, Mr Javid said that the current rate of housebuilding - around 100,000 homes a year in England - is not enough.
