The Government must go all-in on digital democracy

Piers Mulroney says the Government must heed the warning of the local elections and commit to increasing trust and transparency, connecting with voters again through digital democracy.

Last week, voters across the nation took to the polls to decide who they want to run their councils.

While local issues, such as rising council tax, were top of mind, for many this was also an opportunity to cast a verdict on the ruling party.
