The Department of Health has launched a consultation today, asking for views on draft regulations and guidance in the Care Act.

The regulations relate to how a council must consider a person's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing when arranging care and the technical details for the national minimum eligibility criteria, which makes clear what level of care and support needs people can expect their local authority to meet.
