Government not pulling back from radical changes, claims Cameron

David Cameron has launched the Open Public Services White Paper claiming the coalition was not ‘pulling back' radical reform.

An embattled David Cameron today launched the Open Public Services White Paper, claiming the coalition was not ‘pulling back or losing heart' from making radical changes to how public services are delivered.

Speaking an event organised by pro-market think tank Reform in Canary Wharf, east London, the prime minister said the government remained ‘as committed to modernising public services as we've ever been'.
