Greg Clark adds cities to his list of ministerial roles

Greg Clark has been asked by David Cameron to take on the new role of minister for cities.

Decentralisation minister Greg Clark has been asked by prime minister David Cameron to take on the new role of minister for cities, as part of a Whitehall drive for growth of urban areas across the country.

The new role, which will be in addition to his current responsibilities at the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), will also see Mr Clark become a minister within the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
