The Local Government Association (LGA) this week published new guidance designed to help councils improve their use of EU procurement rules.

Buying into communities, published jointly with Local Partnerships, uses a range of case studies from different councils to provide examples of best practice, and expose misconceptions about the EU's oversight of the market.
