Gwynedd Council has appointed Dylan Owen and Geraint Owen as corporate directors.

Dylan Owen will take over from Morwena Edwards, who has stepped down from her role as statutory director of social services after 10 years of service. He has previously held roles at Powys, Swansea and Carmarthenshire CCs and will start his new role on 1 October.
