Half of UK authorities set up housing companies

Almost half of England’s local authorities have set up a housing development company or are considering doing so, according to new research published by 3Fox International.

Almost half of England's local authorities have set up a housing development company or are considering doing so, according to new research published by 3Fox International.

According to the survey, 12% of England's local authorities have already set up a housing company and 34% are actively considering doing so.
