Hammersmith and Fulham drives deeper council tax cuts

Hammersmith and Fulham LBC has agreed a 3% cut in council tax for 2014/15.

Hammersmith and Fulham LBC has agreed a 3% cut in council tax for 2014/15, meaning residents now pay the third lowest levels for local charges in the UK.

The cut approved at Hammersmith and Fulham's budget meeting last night has brought local levies to their lowest since 1999 and represent a 20% cut in the last eight years, council leaders have claimed.
