Business minister Matthew Hancock has taken charge of a new steering group, involving local authority leaders, to help deal with the closure of three American air bases in the East of England.

The first meeting of the Mildenhall, Alconbury and Molesworth (MAM) Working Group was held at Forest Heath DC's office in Mildenhall on 30 January, and included representatives from the local authority.
