Proposals to hand over some council services in Chesterfield to a Sheffield city region mayor could mean the end of Derbyshire as an administrative county,' a council leader has warned.

One of Derbyshire CC's districts, Chesterfield BC, wants to become a full member of the Sheffield city region combined authority.
