Hardman softens over combined authority idea

The leader of Worcestershire CC has reversed his scepticism about forming a combined authority covering the county weeks after dismissing the idea.

The leader of Worcestershire CC has reversed his scepticism about forming a combined authority covering the county weeks after dismissing the idea.

Cllr Adrian Hardman said in November he preferred an economic prosperity board but has now signalled a change of mind.
