Haringey LBC and private sector partner Lendlease have agreed an innovative joint venture deal to regenerate the north London borough despite opposition from local MPs.

Plans for the Haringey Development Vehicle (HDV) were agreed at a full council meeting last week as protesters demonstrated outside the town hall.
