Harlow DC’s chief executive Professor Malcolm Morely will step down tomorrow after nearly 14 years in the role.

Harlow DC's chief executive Professor Malcolm Morely will step down tomorrow after nearly 14 years in the role.

Under Prof Morely's leadership, the council's comprehensive performance assessment (CPA) rating went from ‘poor', one of the worst in the country, to ‘good' in just three years.
