Bedford BC has spent £1.4m harmonising staff wages, following its creation in April 2009 from the former Bedfordshire CC.

Bedford BC has spent £1.4m harmonising staff wages, following its creation in April 2009 from the former Bedfordshire CC.

In the two years since it came into existence, the unitary has increased 482 staff salaries, cut 143, and left 1,980 unaffected.
