Sean Hayes has joined the not-for-profit education charity, Learning Plus UK, as director of data and research.

Mr Hayes moves to Learning Plus UK from Greenwich RLBC, where he has worked as the head of research and statistics in the council's children's services department since 2004. He has also previously held roles in the Cabinet Office and Hammersmith and Fulham LBC's education department.
