Philip English has been named as the new head of adult and criminal justice at Aberdeenshire Council.

Philip English has been named as the new head of adult and criminal justice at Aberdeenshire Council. He will succeed Chris Booth, who is set to retire.

Mr English has a wealth of experience in the area of criminal justice. He is moving from the position of chief officer for the Northern Community Justice Authority (NCJA), where he monitored and co-ordinated offender services across seven local authorities.
