Richard Platt, head of corporate property at Westminster City Council is joining national commercial property firm, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) as head of public sector across the north of the UK.

Based in LSH's Manchester office, Mr Platt will take responsibility for the leadership of the firm's public sector activity in the north, utilising his expertise in property rationalisation and strategy. In addition to focusing on the north of the UK, he will also work with the wider LSH public sector team in delivering national contracts.
