Health and social care face the ‘greatest reform challenge since the creation of the welfare state,' the chief executive of the NHS Confederation has said.

Speaking at the National Children and Adult Services Conference today, Niall Dickson, said he was optimistic the sectors could ‘bend the demand curve' but admitted that the system in 10 years' time would probably be more expensive.
