The biggest shake-up of the NHS in Northern Ireland (NI) for five years has been announced by a health minister.

A report, published last January, proposed radical reforms to the health system in NI. Health minister Simon Hamilton said he would appoint a panel of experts from Northern Ireland to advise on future configuration of services.
