A new report by London Councils says joining up health and social care support services could increase resources for local authorities.

Joining up health and social care support services could double the resources available to local authorities, according to a new report by London Councils.

The study, entitled Improving Health and Social Care in London, claims the bringing together of the two services will save time and money, and improve patient care at the same time.
