Plaid Cymru has called for the full integration of health and social care as part of its vision for the future of local government.

Speaking yesterday during a Welsh Assembly debate, party leader Leanne Wood said the two services should be brought together, under a series of combined regional authorities that would sit alongside the current system of 22 councils.
