NHS and council bosses are missing opportunities to improve health and wellbeing services, due to a lack of joined-up thinking, a new report has warned.

The study by the NHS Confederation and the Faculty of Public Health, entitled From illness to wellness, said both sectors could achieve savings and improve health by embracing wellbeing services.
