Health finance staff appear to be taking budget crises and overspends in their stride judging by the latest survey of their hopes and aspirations.

Almost two-thirds (64%) of NHS finance staff say they would like to spend the rest of their career in the service, despite mounting pressure on their teams and the most challenging financial operating environment to-date.
