Healthwatch chair calls for united front on care

The Government's new healthcare tsar has called on commissioners and regulators to consider all health and social care needs.

The Government's new healthcare tsar has called on commissioners and regulators to consider all health and social care needs as local authorities prepare for the April 2013 changeover.

Speaking to The MJ this week, Anna Bradley, the chair of Healthwatch England, said that bringing together health and social care was ‘hugely important' for the UK.
