One year on from the signing of the London Health and Care Collaboration Agreement, a locally-centred recipe for health and care devolution in London is emerging.

Rather than flinging ingredients into a pan and hoping for the best, London's health partners have taken a more considered approach to the challenge of transforming the health and care system. We aim to shift focus from reactive care to early intervention and prevention, and allow local communities to take the lead in shaping the future of their services.
