The leader of Richmond LBC has warned that local residents feel powerless against big business interests, who are calling for the expansion of Heathrow.

Speaking to The MJ, Lord True said 'big business' had 'reopened the case' of expanding the airport as the London borough launched a joint referendum on the issue with Hillingdon LBC, which will run until 16 May.
