While a hugely rewarding profession, social work is tough. We are dealing with children, young people and families at some of the most difficult and challenging times in their life.

At some of those times our involvement is not understood or welcomed. Our social care colleagues constantly face new challenges or situations. How we react and respond to these challenges is key to being successful in this space.
