Take a look at the organisational structure in most local authorities and you will find one thing most have in common. While senior officers are roles. becoming more diverse in terms of race, gender and background, there are still remarkably few young people in senior decision-making roles

My National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) colleagues at Luton BC and I are seeking to change this by creating a platform for young officers to share ideas, build lasting networks and drive positive change in Luton.
