What I most remember about developing and implementing a narrative for the reform of the NHS from 2001-2007 was the importance of doing so every week – and often every day. How did everything fit together?

From 2001 onward many doctors’ organisations felt that there was no real reason for the new Labour reforms. Specifically, when the Government claimed that those reforms would reduce waiting times, many of them claimed that waiting times were not a problem.
