Hertfordshire CC appoints new resources director

A round-up of the latest personnel moves in the local government sector.

Scott Crudgington has started work in his new role as director of resources for Hertfordshire CC.

He joined from Stevenage BC, where spent 18 years in various roles, including chief executive and director of resources.
