Hertfordshire CC has named Patsy Dell to fill the newly-created role of executive director of sustainable growth.

Ms Dell is currently on secondment as director of the Hertfordshire Growth Board and was previously assistant director of growth and place at the council. Earlier in her career she had lead roles in planning and sustainable development at Oxford and Cambridge City Councils.
