Kate Lackie, Malcolm MacLeod and Allan Gunn have been appointed as assistant chief executives at The Highland Council.

Lackie, who has been appointed as assistant chief executive of people, was interim chief executive from February to September 2023. She has also served as a private secretary to two secretaries of state before relocating to the Highlands.
