Highland loan 'may never be repaid'

Auditors have warned Highland Council risks never being repaid a loan of over £1m, with potential reorganisation looming.

A report from Audit Scotland found that 10 years ago Highland Council loaned Inverness Airport Business Park £1.175m, which is still to be paid back.
