HIV prevention services in London 'do not meet the needs of residents' council chiefs warned this week, as they vowed to improve future commissioning of such services.

Prior to public health devolution from 1 April, London's council leaders agreed to jointly take 'decisive action' on the issue stating the system they were inheriting was failing.
