Complaints about the quality of home care in England have increased by 25% in the past year, new figures reveal

The Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) today published its Review of adult social care complaints 2015/16, revealing that the number of complaints about home care has increased from 297 in 2014/15 to 372 in 2015/16. Around two thirds of home care complaints were upheld.
