The New Homes Bonus has ‘some way to go before it can reach its full potential to impact on attitudes and behaviours’, a Government evaluation report has concluded.

The New Homes Bonus has ‘some way to go before it can reach its full potential to impact on attitudes and behaviours', a Government evaluation report has concluded.

Just one in 10 authorities agreed the bonus had increased support for new homes in their community and external research conducted as part of the report found it was having a ‘limited impact on planning applications involving new homes'.
