The hot commodity in housing

The public sector is an interesting beast. There is significant pressure on local and central Government to deliver new initiatives, thousands of new homes and new jobs to tricky timescales in the midst of social pressures, political uncertainty and austerity.

With that in mind, it's no wonder experienced interims in the development, planning and regeneration space might be seen as something of a hot commodity at the moment.
